La escuela de fútbol 4 de Noviembre tiene más de 60 niños entre sus filas, y son dirigidas por el técnico Juan Carlos Cordero, los horarios de funcionamiento son:
Miércoles 18:00 a 19:00 hrs Gimnasio de Llico
Viernes de 16:00 a 17:00 Horas Cancha Estrella Azul
Sábado de 11:00 a 12:00 horas Cancha Estrella Azul
